The fashionable dining destination inside Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour (and sister venue to Hacienda) has crafted a unique 3-path set menu to run at some point of Vivid. Expect an entrée of Scallops served with Carrot & Ginger Puree, Baby Rainbow Carrot, and Heirloom Cucumber Gel, which paves the manner for a primary of Crispy Skin Tooth Fish accompanied by way of Blackberry & Plum Puree, Roasted Romanesco, and Bisque. However, the showstopper is dessert, a silky-clean Mixed Season Berry Pannacotta with Pistachio Sponge Cake, Native Plum & Passionfruit Gel.

Share 3 Vivid Sydney-inspired Chandon cocktails, including golden wattle, a fresh Chandon blanc de blanc, marionette apricot brandy, and casting Bianco, cucumber, and cardamom mix.

United (Barangaroo)

Taking an idea from Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey, United serves up colorful galaxy marshmallows. Wash it with a ‘Will I dream?’ charcoal-colored cocktail with a beautiful fit for human consumption vegetation.

12-Micro (Barangaroo)

At 12-Micron, artwork, food, and fizz fans unite. Globally renowned French Champagne residence Perrier-Jouët collaborates with one of Barangaroo’s pinnacle eating places to deliver an immersive and multi-sensory culinary enjoyment at some point in Vivid. 12-Micron’s private dining room and bar are transformed from 24 May – 15 June into a light exhibition wherein a ‘dining within the dark’ series artfully combines gastronomy, track, artwork, and light.

Butchers Block (Barangaroo)

Butchers Block serves a hard-and-fast menu for Vivid Sydney. This is certain to satisfy both your eyes and your palate. If brightly colored dishes are your preference, head here for dishes including beetroot-cured trout and crumbed mozzarella, calamari, and crispy kale with black garlic aioli and zesty lime.

The photo illuminates the waterfront with vivid palm timber, and a Vivid Sydney stimulated coconut mojito lit up from the glass. Rainbow fried rice is served every night to absorb the cocktails and have a good time at the festival.

Banksia (Barangaroo)

Banksia returns with illuminated fairy floss and a spritz cart. Three new cocktails, including a Riserva Sangria, a fragrant Martini, and the Banksia Blue, might be available this year.
