Do you love the scent of spices and curry? Rang Mahal Restaurant is bringing its 10-day Gujarati Food Festival to Singapore in collaboration with the well-known caterer Tapan Choksi.

In addition to traditional Gujarati dishes, expanded favorites such as Keri No Ras (fresh mango pulp), Karela Sabzi (crispy sour gourd and onions in curry), and Tadka Undhiyu (one-pot Gujarati vegetable casserole) may be served.
