If you’ve spent much time in Germany as a foreigner, you’ve likely heard about the mysterious ‘freelance’ visa. If you’ve frolicked in Berlin, you would possibly have heard it called either the ‘freelance artist visa’ or, sincerely, the ‘artist visa.’
Regardless of the USA you pass to, expertise and navigating the complicated visa regulations can be difficult. In conjunction with its various rules for nationals of different nations, Germany’s federal shape can make this even more difficult.

This is when matters get a tad complicated. These unique areas range from state to nation. The law says that each kingdom has the right to encompass or exclude certain varieties of freelance work relying on that kingdom’s (more often than not financial) desires (§21).
The most superb example of this is the so-called ‘artist’ visa. Technically speaking, no artist visa is required. Instead, an artist is one of the categories of freelance visas.

We looked ahead to visiting and getting to know their culture and paintings.
We arrived in Zurich, spent a couple of hours lounging across the airport, stretching our legs, and looking forward to the subsequent part of our flight to Abidjan. Again, the agent at the counter checked our boarding passes and our passports and permitted us to board the plane, now a direct flight to Abidjan.
